Her dedication to nursing leadership earned her Director of Nursing of the Year in 2025! 🏆 When she’s not at work, Sarah loves spending time with her grandsons, traveling with her husband, and cheering on the Boston Bruins—she’s even had the chance to personally chat with Bobby Orr, Ray Bourque, and Cam Neely! 🏒🐻

Bingo was so much fun. I did win a few games while I was there. I may have to join in a game or two when I get the time to do so.

Our residents had a blast getting active with a fun parachute game! From working together to keep the parachute moving to sharing plenty of smiles and laughter, this activity was a wonderful way to get moving while enjoying time together. 🌈😊
We love finding creative ways to make exercise fun, engaging, and social for our residents. Because at Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, staying active is even better when we do it together! 💪💚

Our residents put their creativity to work making their very own boats—and then it was time to see which ones could sail to victory! 🛶🏁
From our front porch, residents watched as their handmade boats raced across a kiddie pool, powered by a little help from a fan. There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and friendly competition along the way! 💨🌊💙
