Our residents at Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center had an absolute blast enjoying a fun-filled balloon toss game—with a giant balloon! Laughter filled the room as everyone joined in, keeping the balloon afloat and cheering each other on. 😊
Activities like these bring so much joy, encourage movement, and create special moments of connection among our residents and staff. It’s safe to say this larger-than-life game was a huge hit!

We are so proud to celebrate Lillian Bartholomew on her successful discharge home after completing her short-term rehabilitation at Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! 💙
In just 13 days with us, Lillian made incredible progress—going from requiring a two-person assist to walking independently with her walker. Her determination, strength, and positive attitude truly inspired everyone around her!
With the support of our dedicated therapy and nursing teams, Lillian was able to regain her independence and reach her goals faster than expected.
Moments like these are why we do what we do—helping our residents get back to the life they love. 🏡✨

🎳 Field Trip Fun! 🎳
Our residents from Greenfield Rehab and Nursing Center enjoyed a fantastic outing to Spare Time Northampton! From striking down pins to sharing lots of laughs, it was a day full of smiles, friendly competition, and wonderful memories. 💙
Getting out into the community and spending quality time together is what it’s all about, and this trip was a perfect reminder of the joy that comes from simple moments.
