💖Hearts Across America at Greenfield RNC! 💖

We’re feeling the love at Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center! As part of our Hearts Across America project, we’re connecting with facilities all across the country by exchanging Valentine’s cards — and the response has been amazing! 💌

Each time we receive cards from a new state, we proudly display them and mark that state on our U.S. map. So far, we’ve reached 13 states — including Alaska! ❄️❤️ Seeing our map fill up has brought so many smiles to our residents and staff.

This project is a beautiful reminder that love, kindness, and connection know no distance. Thank you to all the facilities who have shared their hearts with us — we can’t wait to see how far our love travels next! 🌎💕

🏈🎉 What a Great Time at Our Super Bowl Watch Party! 🎉🏈

On Sunday at Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, our residents gathered together for an exciting Super Bowl Watch Party — and what a fun time it was! 💙

From delicious snacks and festive decorations to cheering on favorite teams and enjoying great company, laughter filled the room as everyone watched the game together. 🥳🍿 Whether tossing around friendly predictions, reminiscing about classic plays, or just enjoying each other’s company, the spirit of togetherness made the day extra special.

A huge THANK YOU to our wonderful staff for helping make the event so enjoyable and to our residents for bringing all the energy and smiles. Moments like these remind us that community, connection, and joy are what make Greenfield such a special place. 💛
